3 fun mommy & me yoga poses. (featuring Jill Yoga).

ohmmmm! Getting active and doing yoga can be so much fun! finding different ways to challenge your mind, body and soul can be truly relaxing. While I am not the best yogi, I do try. But you know what is even funner? getting active and doing yoga with your little ones. In today's post me and my girls are going to bring you 3 super fun mommy and me poses. Oh yeah and will be doing it in our Jill Yoga.

Jill Yoga can be found in department stores in the US and Canada. But today they can be found right here on my blog. My girls and I were lucky enough to be able to receive some pieces for review. Let me tell you they fit so comfortably and were so soft. I literally wore my yoga pants all day. I even wore them grocery shopping. We loved them, not to mention how stretchy they were. So without further a duo here our are 3 fun poses.

1. Two Trees: This pose is fun for adults and little ones because who doesn't love to pretend to be tree right? With this pose what you do is stand side by side to your little's with your feet flat and toes forward. Place one foot on the inner thigh and then you can either place your hands in the air, on your hips or centered together in front of your chest. 

2. Butterfly pose: With the butterfly pose sit on your bottom and bend both of your knees. Next bring your feet towards your pelvis but make sure the soles are touching each other.  You are now a butterfly, start flapping those wings or should I say thighs. By the way Ivy was still stuck on the tree pose.

3: Downward-facing dog: With your hands and feet on the ground bring your bottom to the sky. Keeping your knees right under your hips, stretch those hips and relax our upper back. Rumor has it that this is the pose young children do when their mom is pregnant with another baby. No, I am not pregnant.
