You will be hard pushed to find someone who doesn’t have at least one pair of jeans in their closet. But the problem is, sometimes you can get a little bored of the same style of jeans, and wearing a similar outfit with them. After all, there are only so many times you can do jeans and a white tee - classic, yes, boring? After a while.
So it doesn’t matter what your favorite style of jean is, there is a look for you.

Ripped Jeans

So many people purchase a pair of ripped jeans and then either get stuck with what to wear with them or hear the ‘did you buy them like that’’ joke a bit too often. But ripped jeans will forever be relaxed and cool. They aren’t as straight-laced as tradition bootcut and give an edge to an outfit. The easiest way to style them is with a bold top, a shirt usually works best, turn them up and add metalic statement brogues or some classic white sneakers. If you have the urge to buy ripped jeans but don’t have the budget, then learn how to distress your jeans instead.

Boyfriend Jeans

These ultra-comfy jeans are one of the most relaxed styles. They don’t tend to have nipped-in waist and are typically baggy - in all the right places. They have a grunge appeal for most people and you will usually find the paired with leather jackets and biker boots. However, you can lighten the look with your favourite fall knitted jumper and converse. This outfit is perfect for relaxing weekend brunches, or a walk in the park.

It would be rude to wear cropped ankle-grazing jeans without considering the classic style that Audrey Hepburn made popular. The cut of these jeans means your ankles are out, so you can have fun with pop socks with prints on, ankle boots or a nude heeled shoe. The short style of the jeans usually balances our better with a full length coat or a shorter cropped blazer too.

Mom jeans became hugely popular in the last year, and they are everywhere. And even though they are called mom jeans that suit so many body types, they are seeing their way into the staple pieces of any good closet. Mom jeans really work well with a chunky belt, a simple black t-shirt, large hoop earrings, and brogues. A little bit of a throwback outfit that will work for anyone and can manage a smart casual day anytime.

The trend that never seems to die out. Skinny jeans have edged their way into every style. You can fit black ribbed one that works great with biker boots and distressed tees, or ones with a frayed edge that are just on the right side of chic. They work well dressed up with a blouse and a pair of ballet flats or heels and a blazer.

It is never too late to dabble in a wide range of jeans that you can find on the high street, and once you find the ones you love, you have a go-to outfit for life.
