Hi Friends!
What's the most important meal of your day? Well for me it's dinner. Sure breakfast and lunchtime are important too. But with the busy schedule, I typically have at the end of the day all I want to do is relax and wind down with my family and of course and a nice meal. Well doing that these days have been made simpler with European Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Before discovering European Extra Virgin Olive Oil my evening battle with dinner time was a struggle, to say the least. It took me hours to make quick meals and it became very frustrating too. Can you imagine cooking a meal that should take you 20 minutes' actually taking hours? Well, European Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been created with a vision that less time in the kitchen is better and all food should be great tasting. I don't know about you but that's surely a vision that I can get on board with.

European Extra Virgin Olive Oil is nearly free of acidity for the best quality. It has been known that to many processed oils can contain huge levels of oleic acid. With this oil that is definitely not the case. The olives in European Extra Virgin Olive Oil have been tested to assure that peroxide values are low, fresh and are thoroughly tested by specialized tasters. Each bottle unique and meeting extremely high standards. With European Extra Virgin Olive Oil you can use it to not only cook delicious foods but baking as well. Plus as long as you keep your bottle in a dark and cool place like inside of your cabinet with the lid tight it can be used within 6 months of opening it's like magic in a bottle.

So last night for dinner I had the pleasure of using it for my parmesan encrusted tilapia. Below are quick step by step instructions and what you'll need:

  • Tilapia
  • European Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • parmesan cheese + whatever seasonings you desire
  • side of broccoli or again whatever side you desire

So first you preheat your oven to a warm 400 degrees and during this time you can clean your tilapia thoroughly. Next, you can now season your tilapia and add your parmesan. Once you've achieved your desired amount of seasoning you can add your oil to the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes depending on the texture of how you prefer your fish. Once done add your side dish and congratulations you just made an easy meal using European Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Well, dear friends, I hope this makes dinner time or any time cooking more pleasurable for you and may your tastebuds thank you for the utmost flavor.
